Shipping Policy
8.1. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are offered by La régence for all deliveries to the following destinations: Metropolitan France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden. Shipping costs apply for destinations outside these zones for baskets under €1000, and are calculated before payment. Taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the Buyer.
8.2. Delivery terms
The Buyer is informed that the Products can only be delivered to them if:
- the Seller offers delivery to the destination country indicated in the delivery address by the Buyer when placing their
Order;
- the Buyer has a valid delivery address in the destination country indicated in the delivery address by the Buyer when placing their Order;
or, if they are able to collect the Products, by their own
means, from a Seller located in metropolitan France. The Products are delivered by the Seller to the address indicated by the Buyer when placing their Order.
8.3. Receipt of Products
The Buyer must check the condition of the Products upon receipt to confirm their conformity with the Order. If Product verification is possible at the time of delivery, the Buyer must immediately make reservations regarding the condition of the package and the Product with the carrier if the Product or its packaging was damaged during transport.
8.4. Delay/absence of delivery
In case of delay, total or partial non-receipt of the Product(s) ordered, the Buyer is invited to contact La régence from the agreed delivery date to resolve the issue.
8.5. Product returned to Seller
If a Product is returned to the Seller for a reason such as "unclaimed" or "does not live at the address indicated": the Buyer is reimbursed for the price of their Order (excluding Product return costs); and/or
– with the agreement of the Buyer and the Seller, the Product is re-shipped to the Buyer, with the corresponding costs (Product return costs and re-shipment costs) being covered. After a period of one month without news from the Buyer, the Products will no longer be shipped, without this entitling them to a refund, exchange, or compensation.
