Return and Refund Policy
For online purchases made on the La Régence website, the Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of delivery of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. Return shipping costs are covered by La Régence. Once the request for withdrawal has been made, the Buyer has a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the product(s) to the Seller. Jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and without any traces or marks. Jewelry that has been personalized or modified (engraving, resizing, etc.) is not eligible and cannot be returned under these conditions. Similarly, purchases made directly in-store are not eligible for withdrawal.
